SHIPPING TERMS:

TALARIA ebikes can be shipped nationally and internationally, and the associated costs vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship from CHINA and the USA since we have our warehouses stationed there permanently. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most orders ship within one to two business days if we receive the order before 2pm. It can take up to 4 business days for bikes to ship. If you ordered extra equipment to be installed on your bike it can take an extra day or two to get your bike ready for shipping.  We ship as fast as we can but sometimes on some orders we can experience short delays. 

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the package’s weight and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple package. We use Freight LTL, so not all destinations are always deliverable. If we are unable to deliver to your current address, we will notify you and request an alternative address. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are sent by USPS or FedEx. Expedited services are available upon request with additional charges. Shipping & Handling charge is calculated based on weight and number of boxes.

RETURN POLICY: 

Return Policy: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. To make the process as transparent as possible, please review our return policy:

1.) You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

2.) The item must be unused and undamaged. It should be in the same condition as when you received it.

3.) It is too late to cancel an order once it has been shipped, assembled, pickup by either the buyer or delivery company, except in cases where you receive a faulty Talaria Ebike or a wrong order.

4.) We accept returns within 30 days after the original ship date as long as the item is in its original sealed product box, is unopened, and is in unused condition. 

5.) For change-of-mind returns, shipping expenses are non-refundable.

6.) We have the right not to accept or permit the return of products that have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.

7.) Once the goods have been returned to us and determined to be complete (containing the “original sealed” product box, with the device in its original packing materials) and undamaged, we will refund your money. You will receive a refund for your purchase price, less postage and handling. We do not reimburse delivery fees.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:

Talaria will cover all material costs associated with repairing or replacing any part or accessory found to be defective in material under normal use and maintenance. This limited warranty extends to the initial retail purchaser. This limited warranty is in effect for 1 year from the initial retail sale date a new Talaria from an authorized dealer.
