What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All deliveries are FREE now, be it national or international orders.

What countries do you ship bikes to?

We offer shipping solutions to over 220 countries and territories around the world, so wherever you need to ship your bike, we can find an affordable solution for you!

All you need to do is check the regulations for shipping to your specific destination and prepare the bike for shipping according to our guidelines. With our door-to-door services, your bike will be shipped internationally safely.

Every country is different and has its own set of customs and taxes rules.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Direct bank transfer, Wire transfer, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal as our payment methods. We also offer an extra %10 discount for clients paying via Bitcoin only. 

How long will delivery take?

Delivery within the USA takes 2 – 3 days. Delivery within EUROPE, CANADA, NZ, ASIA, AUSTRALIA, UAE and AFRICA takes 5 – 10 days.

If you require expedited shipping then please contact us. All Motorcycles arrive fully assembled and ready to ride.

The duration of the shipment is highly dependent on the factors of pickup location, destination and shipping method. For individual details, feel free to go to our platform and enter your shipment data. Then you will receive the transit time.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card, bitcoin wallet or bank details cannot be read by any third party. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail with our payment details so you can make the payment forthwith. After your payment is confirmed by our cashier on the seat, your order will be packaged and registered for delivery and will leave our warehouse on the same day, or at the following work day. All details with regards to your delivery (tracking number) will be made available for you as well. Orders via pre-payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order receipt via email. It is important to ensure that you have provided a valid email address, phone number, address and name/company name during checkout. 

NB: You receive an invoice at delivery of the ordered goods.
